Robb grew up in Indiana and attended Purdue University. A true people person, he began working in the insurance field in 1996 when his late friend Bill Wolfe suggested the career choice. He has been grateful to Bill ever since.

When not out trying to earn your business, Robb enjoys golf, refereeing, and watching college football on Saturdays during fall months. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Amy, and their children Karsten and Shea.

George Smith
Sales Executive

George worked in the computer technology industry for 14 years. In 1999, George changed career paths to the insurance industry. George is a 1983 graduate of South Vermillion High School, a 1989 graduate of Indiana State University – with a degree in electronics/instrumentation, and a 2009 graduate of The University of Phoenix – with a degree in Business/Marketing.

Darren Haas
Sales Executive

Darren comes to RT Insurance after a successful career in the Education world (12 years as a teacher and the last 7 as a principal). He enjoys working with families to become their P&C agent, but he also will be specializing in school insurance as well as life.

Darren is an avid golfer, sports fan, and very active official of 3 different sports (HS baseball, HS basketball and D1 college football). He resides in Crawfordsville with his wife, Tami, and their 3 kids, Tayla, Demi, and Hutton.
